Are you talking about Argo Tunnel or something else? Argo Tunnel was made free this year [1]. I don't think you even need a Cloudflare account. Also, I don't believe UDP by itself is supported yet (only QUIC & TCP) according to the github issue [2]. Is it possible there was a miscommunication. Our PMs love to talk to potential customers of products we're building so that we make sure we're building what you want & engaging with you when we have it ready as early beta users.
"General CDN stuff" is a bit too vague so I'm not really sure what you're referring to. I'm also not really sure what "get past the published pricing" means or how that relates to features being "locked" behind sales calls.

Cloudflare spectrum was what it was, has to dig up the emails. They wanted me to sign a 1 year contract with commit levels which is kinda hard with a growing product I was working on. I wasn’t even able to predict 1 month out let-alone 12.
