I think perhaps this (learngenomics.dev) resource is a little too shallow on some levels, but has interesting depth in odd places. I think there is a need to get users up to speed with things like the SAM format, which is very fundamental to 99% "dna sequencing" projects, but it's an odd format in some ways because it's quite low level, so trying to get people to understand how the basics of biology interact with it is worthwhile.
