If you have a surplus of cash you won't need for a few months, ask your bank manager for rates on a 30 day deposit account. You might be suprised how much better that is than doing nothing, for little risk or time. The last one I set up was done via email with the relationship manager, it appeared in my online banking the next day.
Now decide if your time is better spent developing your business or understanding money market risk
